Why, when both the USB and FireWire technologies were introduced, did the industry choose USB over FireWire?


                 They are both used equally and just depends on the person's choice. Firewire was developed by Apple in January 17, 1999. The Usb was developed by Amir Ban, Dov Moran and Oron Ogdan, all of the Israeli company M-Systems in April 1999.
